Introducing our new STT stage deck series
Introducing new type of stage decks into our portfolio – we call it STT series. There are many advantages that this new series brings into the world of staging platforms.
The STT series stage deck samples are going to be presented for the first time at our stand at ISE 2023 in Barcelona, which is only couple of days away now.
First, there are some important technical data to go through to give you an idea about the new product that we plan to offer for your even better event management and organizing.
The decks are made of waterproof plywood with anti-slip surface and hardened aluminum frame. There is a hexa dark brown finish on the surface of the plywood and the plywood itself is 12 mm thick. The aluminum frame profiles are made from EN-AW 6005 T6 alloy and are 8,7 cm high. The staging platforms are TUV certified and the loading capacity of a standard 2x1 m deck is 750 kg/m2.
The best part about this version of staging platforms lies in quick and simple assembly of any size and shape of stage set thanks to the elimination of stage leg usage. There is only one leg needed for putting together up to 4 stage decks!!! As you may know the leg attachment to the platforms is really a time consuming procedure and we managed to cut it down. It is also a great help for show budget as the assembly requires only minimum legs and the less products you need to make a great show, the lesser is the investment into it.
The platforms come in the standard sizes of 2x1 m, 2x0,5 m, 1x1 m, 1x0,5 m and there are also available triangular, circular and pre-cut-out decks for trussing segments on request. STT series of staging platforms comes with all sorts of accessories as well – adjustable stairs, adjustable legs thanks to Layher screw jacks application, rails for both the platforms and stairs, stage bracing, deck trolley, stage skirts, loading ramps etc.
