LD220 - A New Way of Storing Lights

Once again we are proud to introduce a new product to our manufacturing portfolio based on our customers’ designs, ideas and demands. There is no doubt that the LD220 (Lighting Dolly – size 220 cm) is one of them. The original idea sprang up from the basic need of saving storage and transport space while moving larger show lights around different locations and events. However, using this, simple foldable and adjustable, storage units, is possible even after your touring season comes to an end and there is simply too much stuff in your warehouse.

 

We offer two frame units that can be simply attached on top of each other to make the saving space aspect even more effective. LD220-B stands for base frame or base storage unit that comes with the wheel frame and LD220-T represents top storage frame that can be easily connected to the base in order to create a second level of storing space. The connection is made through our standard quicklock or spigoted connection that can be found in most of our truss lines. So there is nothing new that can surprise you there and you can even use your standard connectors, pins and clips to assemble the storage units.

 

The number and spacing of the cross bars for light attachment can be adjusted based on the size and numbers of your equipment that needs to be stored. This makes it really simple for anybody to use the lighting dolly to the maximum extent. The outer dimensions of the unit once it is properly assembled are 220 x 124 x 80 cm (87 x 48.8 x 31.5 inch).
